One of the first things we teach our children is to say thank you. To show gratitude is expressing that I recognise your gift, I recognise what you’ve done, I recognise your effort and I recognise your sacrifice.
It is not just good manners to say thank you but is is the will of God for us to be thankful and to give thanks. (I Thessalonians 5:16-19)
It is time that we develop and attitude of gratitude.
It is time that we once again celebrate God’s goodness with load shouts thanks.
Let us enter His gates with thanksgiving in our hearts and His courts with praise.
Let us be thankful to God and bless His name. (Psalm 100:4)
And above all, let us return to a place of Gratitude.
