God, our creator, purposed long ago in His sovereign will that ALL human history should be consummated in Christ. His original plan is still His ultimate intention.

When a grain of wheat is buried, it sprouts and reproduces itself many times over. This is a picture of what happened when Jesus, the Son of God, was crucified and buried. He was the Pattern Son. What many believers still fail to realize, is that our old identity has been co-crucified with the Messiah. Instead — so often we choose to pamper ourselves and feed our ego, and in the process, we allow a self-consuming love (Eros — which is seen as the mother of all sin) which soon manifests as self-righteousness in our lives. God is LOVE (Agape), and as He is, so are we called to live in this world… The Anointed One, Christ now lives in us. He died, having been made to be sin, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him!

Let us stop feeding the Eros self-consuming serpent — leaving no room for the Ego, and dispense Agape Love!
