God’s plan will not be thwarted. God said, I will never again curse the ground on account of man (Gen. 8:20-22), and Behold I am going to send you Elijah the prophet… (Mal. 4:5). If we believe in the finished works of Christ, the redemption of man is not the only aspect of the gospel. God’s intent is at the heart of God’s agenda. Dominion grace for God’s people in Christ is God’s agenda, not just the redemption of man. In times of storms and wilderness we lose our way from this agenda. God has not lost control; He is not making things up as He goes along. In the wilderness we must not lose faith; stay true to your true north. Whatever we go through should be a blessing to the next generation. (more…)
